Our Promise for Safe and Allergy-Aware Food

At Greener Food Inc., safe, healthy food is non-negotiable.

1. Compliance

We follow BC’s Food Safety Act and Food Premises Regulation under the Public Health Act (bccdc.ca, lawdepot.ca, termsfeed.com, bclaws.gov.bc.ca, www2.gov.bc.ca). Our team holds certified FOODSAFE or equivalent training (bclaws.gov.bc.ca).

2. Safe Handling

We prepare, store, transport, and deliver food under strict temperature controls (≤ 4 °C cold; ≥ 60 °C hot) (bclaws.gov.bc.ca). We use proper sanitation, pest prevention, and equipment care.

3. Cross‑Contamination & Packaging

Single-use packaging and utensils are used to prevent cross-contamination. Containers are sanitary and sustainably sourced.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

You must disclose allergies or special diet needs in writing. We follow allergy-awareness procedures. Although we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

5. Continuous Monitoring

We conduct regular temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and staff training. A written Food Safety Plan is in place, aligned with BC regulations .

6. Liability

Greener Food Inc. takes responsibility for adherence to food safety standards. However, we cannot be held liable for adverse reactions if procedures are followed and disclosure has been provided.
